Nix-Unger Construction was established in 1982, and is owned and operated by Gary Nix, graduate of Auburn University with a Building Science Degree. The company has performed interior and exterior renovations for some of the finest properties throughout the Southeast and surrounding area with a commitment to excellence and an unmatched passion for quality. Our team of trusted experienced professionals, armed with a foundation of values second to none, get the job done right, on time, and on budget.

Nix-Unger is also capable of performing work in many other states that reciprocate the above licenses.

LEADERSHIP IS KEY

At Nix-Unger, we know that with the right team in place, there’s nothing we can’t do for our clients, and that starts at the top. That is why Nix-Unger is led by Gary Nix, Michael Bulloch, Carolyn Morris, Darin Olsen, and Christy McCullough-Beck. Our President Gary Nix, graduate of Auburn University with a Building Science Degree, oversees all company operations and business development with his over 35 years of experience to ensure unsurpassed quality to our clients. As VP of Construction, Michael leads by example and helps his team of project managers hit deadlines and budgets, while providing the highest quality work and client satisfaction with his 20 years experience. CFO and VP of Operations Carolyn oversees the financial and day to day operations of the company. Darin Olsen is VP of Pre-Construction, leading a team of estimators on multiple projects for the past 7 years. Our controller Christy has been with Nix-Unger for 6 years overseeing the accounting department. Together there is nothing we can’t do for our clients.
